Attend our Professional Development Meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2012 with an interactive case study on “X-Ray Your Organization” with Daniel Feiman, MBA, CMC. Overview: When you visit the doctor for an X-ray, you are getting an internal snapshot to see if everything is working the way it should be, and that everything is in its right place. An X-ray of your organization is no different; it is a look inside to see what is working, what is not and/or what is missing 
that should be there. Another way to put this is you look to see where you were, are and could be. Other names for this process include a strategic assessment or an environmental scan.
The evening will include an interactive, participant-driven case study to utilize some of the tools & techniques discussed. So, bring an open mind as well as a willingness to look honestly inside and out. Attendance qualifies for certification maintenance points.
